Things are going well over here at Oscar and Ruby headquarters. 

We have some amazing client weddings coming up, the One Fine Day wedding fair was a huge success and will now be happening on a regular basis and our studio is overflowing with props and  styling items just begging to be played with by you!!

Yes, that's right. Oscar and Ruby is hiring.

I am so so excited to be working with my two fab studio buddies on the most unique and creative wedding fair to hit Sydney.

The website launched today

Cutie pie mini succulents

Next Saturday my floral buddy Aleksandra and I are helping a great couple with the styling of their wedding over at the Royal Motor Yacht Club Point Piper (I'll be wearing my fancy pants to this one!!)

I really can't wait for this wedding, as Kat and Rhys have had some really unique and different ideas. One of which is a distinct lack of flowers. Instead, Aleks will be using a variety of different specimens. One of which is the humble succulent.

These little troupers are so resilient, even the un - greenest of green thumbs can't kill them (ie, me).

Jessica Roy over at Roy Joy has planted her baby succulents in the most creative way, perfect set up for a table centrepiece!!

What a super cute couple.

Although they live in Sydney, they are both originally from Melbourne, so they organised a private residence in the beautiful Daylesford to play host to their wedding.

We were invited along to set up and style the day for them.

This is one of my favorites (among many!!)

Oscar and Ruby in Cosmo bride!!

We are so excited and honoured to be featured in the latest issue of Cosmo Bride that is on the shelves as we speak.

This was a shoot we worked on with a great team, down at Roseville Bridge, Sydney.

The shoot that almost didn't happen as it rained, and rained and rained. The day before, the night before and the day of. 

Our gorgeous bride Ang, had to have hair and make up done, in the rain. 

Our gorgeous table was set up, and then quickly covered up with a tarp due to, more rain.

Poor Mandy with her gorgeous Vera Wang dress was justifiably anxious about the muddy ground.

And our fab crew of models and helpers spent a lot of time standing around waiting for each rain cloud to pass before we could shoot again.

Credit to our amazing photographer, Nadean who managed to somehow come up with the goods despite the un-cooperative weather! 

A huge thankyou to all that were involved on the day.
